We want to repair harm caused to the site and enhance its special qualities.

A key part of our proposal is to restore and regenerate this damaged and contaminated site. We will transform Temple Farm back into a rich natural landscape of indigenous trees, ancient hedgerows, meadows and lawns.

Before any construction takes place, our priority will be to decontaminate and then enhance and protect the site’s natural assets.

We will:

  • Move and neutralise harmful contaminants on the site;
  • Restore and maintain hedgerows and trees;
  • Relocate footpaths to offer superior quality routes with more enjoyable views across the countryside;
  • Create new ponds to improve land drainage;
  • Protect wildlife.
